I’ve visited Triona periodically over the past few years for various sports injuries. She is always professional and caring. Her sessions are very effective, and with the at-home stretches she suggests, I generally feel better after about three appointments. I would absolutely recommend her services.
Triona is a brilliant physiotherapist. I attended Triona after an MRI had shown a complex meniscus tear in my knee and I was in a lot of pain. She really took the time to listen to me and was incredibly warm, knowledgeable and reassuring. On my first visit she massaged my knee and applied some heat treatment which alleviated the pain. She answered all my questions, gave me great advice and various exercises to do. I left her surgery feeling so relieved that physio would work! I was calling her an ‘angel’ as I walked home with a lot less pain than when I arrived. I could not recommend Triona highly enough.

Triona Enright was wonderfully professional and capable in addressing a long standing problem with my neck and shoulder. It had been causing me great discomfort and I was having to use painkillers on a regular basis. The issue was fully resolved and I no longer have any need for painkillers. I would recommend her Physiotherapy practice to anyone.

I first presented to Triona in April of 2024 with a lower lumbar injury, dessicated discs, T9 and T10 protrusions. I was barely walking at the time and was in great discomfort. With Triona’s help through electrotherapy, massage, and yoga instruction I am much improved with better mobility overall. Triona is very professional and has a friendly manner. I would highly recommend to anyone with a back injury.
